Use this form to let us know your graduation plans. If you need to graduate early or move back your expected graduation term, please fill out the form below. 

• Please note that every program has a program time limit. Exceeding your program time limit may inhibit a timely graduation even further. Check with your advisor if you have questions about this.
• When eligible, Chicago undergraduate students are awarded the Chicago Undergraduate Tuition Grant for a set number of semesters. Extending your graduation may cause you to lose this grant during your final semester(s).
• If you need to take time off of your program, it may be in your best interest to discontinue and reapply at a later date. Check with your academic advisor for advice.
• F-1 Visa Students: You must notify the international student office that you are changing your expected graduation term (iso@moody.edu).
• IMPORTANT: This form is different from a Graduation Application. Approval of this EGT form does not qualify you for graduation or Commencement, it just verifies that your intended graduation term has been updated on your student account. All prospective graduates must submit a Graduation Application during the timeframe communicated to them by their graduation advisor. Contact arecords@moody.edu if you have questions about this.
